Admission tickets purchased online do not have a specified date or time reservation, does not have an expiration date, and can be used whenever you plan on visiting JFGM. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and an email containing your e-ticket(s). Upon your arrival, have your phone or printed version of the e-ticket(s) ready to be scanned by admission staff. There is one general admission line for tickets purchased online or in-person.

  • Online military, senior, and student tickets must be accompanied with valid identification. Children 6 and under are free.

  • No reservation required, tickets are available at admissions. JFGM accepts cash, card payments and Apple Pay

  • Lower garden closes 30 minutes before closing time

  • JFGM is a part of the American Horticultural Society’s Reciprocal Admissions Program. No reservation required. *Present your membership at admissions.

  • Outside food, drinks, scooters, bicycles, artist painting/drawing supplies, and other items that may be damaging to the garden are not permitted.

  • During public visiting hours, all photography involving equipment beyond a cellphone requires a $50 photoshoot permit. Additionally, a permit is required for all photos being taken for special occasions (prom, quinceanera, graduation, engagement, etc.) No reservation required; public hours photoshoot badges must be purchased no less than 2 hours and 10 minutes before the garden closes, in order to give the guest time to retrieve their ID from the front gate before last admission. Accessibility

As we continue to grow with new programming, events, and garden expansion, we understand that there are different needs for every individual. To make your visit more enjoyable, JFGM provides additional resources to those in need. JFGM’s pathways are ADA accessible and welcome for ADA service animals. Assistance for shuttle services or braille book are available upon request. Virtual and audio tours are also available. *Public hour photoshoot badges are unavailable on JFGM Resident Free-Tuesdays.
