Tai Chi In the Garden

Come learn Tai Chi with us under the wisteria!

Tai Chi is often described as a beautiful dance with the universe. Join us in cultivating grace, strength, balance, and flow in the tranquility and beauty of the Japanese Friendship Garden. This class teaches Tai Chi and Qigong for health and longevity with a form that's fun and easily modified to suit all ability levels.

Class begins with seated breathwork and traditional Qigong warm-ups to assist energy flow for our Tai Chi practice. Please bring a mat, cushion, or towel to sit on comfortably. As our class is held outside as weather permits, please dress in comfortable layers that support light movement.

Join us today! No prior experience necessary.
