Admission tickets purchased online do not have a specified date or time reservation, does not have an expiration date, and can be used whenever you plan on visiting JFGM. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and an email containing your e-ticket(s). Upon your arrival, have your phone or printed version of the e-ticket(s) ready to be scanned by admission staff. There is one general admission line for tickets purchased online or in-person.

• JFGM is a part of the American Horticultural Society’s Reciprocal Admissions Program

• Outside food, drinks, scooters, bicycles, and other items that may be damaging to the garden are not permitted.

• During public visiting hours, all photography involving equipment beyond a cellphone requires a $50 photoshoot permit. Additionally, a permit is required for all photos being taken for special occasions (prom, quinceanera, engagement, etc.) No reservation required. As we continue to grow with new programming, events, and garden expansion, we understand that there are different needs for every individual. To make your visit more enjoyable, JFGM provides additional resources to those in need. JFGM’s pathways are ADA accessible and welcome for ADA service animals. Assistance for shuttle services or braille book are available upon request. Virtual and audio tours are also available.
