Fee: $40 members, $45 non-members
Each participant will learn how to make a carved vegetable and fruit centerpiece. The centerpiece will consist of a cantaloupe dahlia, turnip daisies, carrot flowers, and a leek ribbon flower.
A cuttingboad, U/V cutter, and Thai carving knife will be provided for the class. Participants are asked to bring a chef's knife and paring knife. A tool set will be available for purchase after the class for anyone interested for $20.
